Gift Card & Loyalty Summit 2019 - Review
How can retailers, brands and e-commerce organizations use intelligent loyalty, gift card & couponing programs to increase customer loyalty in the digital world?
That's what the 10th Gift Card & Loyalty Summit at the H4 Hotel in Munich was all about. From 05.11.-06.11.2019 about 200 decision makers from the loyalty sector and service providers met to discuss innovative customer loyalty strategies and tools.
Technical, strategic and legal aspects of Gift Card & Loyalty Management were discussed in a high-quality program with international speakers. Well-known brands such as McDonald's, Globus, FTI Touristik, Best Western, s.Oliver and comma presented their customer loyalty programs and revealed best practices and success factors. In a pitch, three companies competed against each other to convince the six-member jury of their innovations for gift card and loyalty programs.
Between the presentations and at the evening event on the first day of the conference, there were plenty of opportunities for networking and interaction at eye level.
